This is our Sumitomo Track Chain 130-5 2013 model with 43 links. It is made by steel.

Sumitomo Track Chain is made by 40Cr or 40MnB with quenching and tempering, that can guarantee the link has high strength and anti-wearesistance;

The pin is treated with quenchinga nd tempering, then make the inner and outer surface with induction hardening. Doing this is to guarantee the pin have enough hardness and abrasion resistance.
