Button bits description
Button bit is suitable for high power hydraulic rock drill and mainly used for secondary crushing, mining of anchor supporting, as well as the roadway boring, etc. It is suitable for various grades of rock and has good discharge powder effect and strong crushing capacity.It can be used in limestone, granite, iron ore, gold ore drilling.
Tydrill bits can supply two kinds of button bits
1) Taper button bits with specifications of 32-51mm.
2) Threaded button bits with following specifications:
R25. R25--38mm, R25--41mm, R28--38mm, R28--41mm
R32. R32--45mm, R32--76mm, R32--89mm, R32--102mm
T38. T38--64mm, T38--76mm, T38--89mm, T38mm--102mm
T45. T45--89mm, T45--102mm
T51. T51--89mm, T51--115mm, T51--127mm
R, T stands for thread conection way, 25,28,32,38,45,51 stands for the size of the thread.
T38-64mm means the thread is T thread, the thread size is 38mm. 64mm means the diameter of the drill bits.
