 This drill bit is belong to steel body drill bit. Steel body PDC drill bit is made of steel and PDC cutters. Steel body bit is suitable for fast drilling excluding gravel and low compressive strength easy to drill layer. It has wider runner which is good for carrying rock debris timely. Steel body drill bit body is made with whole piece of carbon steel by machining. PDC cutter is welded on the tungsten carbide tooth as the cutting teeth, then cutting teeth are welded on the drill bit body. |
