For water well drilling, we use PDC matrix body bits and tricone bits normally.But which one is suitable for a water well drilling work?

For simple rock layer, PDC drill bit is a better choice, because it is easy to be broken in sandwich formations and complex layer. PDC drill bit is always used to bore deep water well.
For complex layer, tricone bit is better.
If you want reduce your cost, steel body PDC cutter bit is also a good choice.
